Property Management Berlin
Property management in Berlin for multi-family buildings, portfolios and condominium associations.
HEPA Hausverwaltung is a family-run property management company based in Berlin-Charlottenburg. We manage residential buildings from 20 units, also spread over several buildings, commercial property from 500 m² and condominium owners’ associations (German: WEG) from 20 units, in Berlin, Brandenburg and nationwide.
Who we work with
Owners who are not on site.
International owners
Private owners outside Germany with buildings in Berlin. Rent accounting, tenant correspondence and maintenance run through us; you receive a monthly report in English.
Family offices and investors
Several buildings managed as one mandate, with reporting per building and for the whole portfolio. Budgets and re-letting are agreed with you in advance.
Heirs living abroad
Communities of heirs whose members live in different countries. All co-owners receive the same report at the same time; surpluses are paid out by the shares you specify.
Condominium owners’ associations
Associations with 20 or more units that need owners’ meetings, annual accounts and the reserve fund handled under the German Condominium Act (WEG).
