Family-run. Since 1993.
A family business from Charlottenburg for owners of large residential and commercial portfolios. Father and son run the company together.
Grown in Berlin.
As a family business we look back on an uninterrupted presence in the Berlin property market since 1993. Building long-term relationships with our owners has been our highest priority ever since.
What began with the management of rental buildings is today geared towards larger holdings: residential portfolios and commercial properties whose owners need one point of contact who keeps the building, the figures and the strategy in view at the same time. We manage portfolios in Berlin, Brandenburg and throughout Germany.
Our principles have remained. We look after every property individually, professionally and with care, following the standards of a prudent businessperson (ordentlicher Kaufmann), with constant cost control and a balanced letting policy.
- 1993Yetkin Hepaydinli begins working in the Berlin property market.
- 2015Erkin Hepaydinli joins the company full-time and expands the property management business.
- 2021HEPA Immobilien GmbH is founded, with its registered office at Kantstraße 154a, Charlottenburg.
